R/O4 Convoy Escort
- Must be played on an empire ship.
- As a reaction, that ship can intercept damage applied to any generic ship, taking two points of damage for each point intercepted.
O4 Mutiny Ship
- May only be played on an opponent ship of equal or lesser strength.
- Ship is controlled by mutiny player until destroyed or until owner has played cards generating a total of two command points to
the ship.
- Discarded after use.

R/O4 Strategic Deployment
O5 Freak Occurence
-Played during the Weapons Fire Phase.
- Allows a card to be played or a card in play to perform a function as though it were a Play Cards Phase.
- If used on a crew, the crew may use transportation at location.

O5 Galactic Convention
- 1 crew card in each fleet (chosen by owner) is moved to the location of the convention and cannot be used for one complete turn.
- Discarded during allocation. The convention player receives 1 economy point from each opponent (subtracted from
next allocation).

O5 Sudden Migration
- Played against an occumbus of equal or lesser strength.
- All ships in the occumbus fleet take damage equal to the strength of the occumbus, discarding the occumbus.
- Discarded after use.

- Played on two opponent fleets.
- The main empire ships in those fleets can only fire at the other affected fleet.
- May not be played if only 2 players remain in the game.
- Lasts for one complete turn and then is discarded.
